Hi Molly,
I friend recently recommended the book Beating Cancer with Nutrition by Patrick Quillin. Berries are definitely in the "BEST" catagory i.e. based on nutrient density, glycemic index and anti-cancer properties. I HIGHLY recommend the book! I know this topic can be quite controversial - but it really can't hurt anyone (even those w/o cancer) to eat healthy!
Best,
Maria

Ah'hem... haven't I been preaching the benefits of eating blueberry muffins for ages now??? 8)

p. s. I've noticed a small side effect from this treatment - the more muffins I eas the more my scales lie!
