Clear Scans

Postby suzieh » Sat Mar 24, 2007 7:52 pm

I am just so encouraged and wanted to continue to encourage others with Stage 3 CC. I am 18 months post surgery and 11 months after finishing Chemo. NED. Those scans come around quickly and right now the worry does not seem to get any easier, but this time I am celebrating. I am running a 1/2 marthon on my 1 year anniversary off of Chemotherapy. Energy does return, for those of you still infusing. My neuropathy in my feet has totally gone away too, Hooray. I do not know if it is the time or the running.

Congrats to you ....I am also a runner and look forward to getting back into racing. Ihave done 7 marathons, numerous Half's and other distances. Although I consider my battle against CC as my #1 marathon!

Right now I am walking........and loving it. I have done 1 5K!

My one year anniv is May 5th, 2007. I had clear scans a few weeks ago and look forward to more in the future!

God Bless
