tummy symptoms

I know not everyone had tummy symptoms, but for those that have had tummy troubles prior to being diagnosed with colon cancer, what did it feel like?

1) burning

2) pinching

3) aching

4) gnawing

5) pressure

6) bloating

7) gurgling

gassy

9) hardened

10) other

Hi There,
I had a burning pain deep in my abdomen around the belly button. The pain got worse and usually felt bad when I was on my feet for a long time. I was also running about 16k a week. Often it would really hurt during the night and wake me up. I was perscribed tylenol 3.
Once I was diagnosed and had surgery to remove a stage 3 tumor, the surgeon told me that my large intestine was not well attached and probably the tumor was moving around when I was running causing the pain. Go figure! I also had chemo-that was 2003-4 and I'm still doing very well.
