Hope nobody minds if I start this month's thread

Surgeon finally let me back in the gym yesterday so I took it nice and easy. I've turned into a complete weekling since all this business started and it's like going to the gym for the first time again. But DAMN did it feel good to be back. Today I actually pushed myself, holy endorphins batman

. I feel better than I have since September, this is fantastic. Did some lifting for about 45 mins today, 3 sets to exhaustion, minimum 10 reps, one exercise per major upper muscle area (chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps) then did some weighted squats, lunges, step ups, and a little crabwalk for the legs and polished it all off with 30 mins on the stair climber. I'm physically whooped, but I still feel great. Even just bieng there on the stair climber in the cardio room with the rest of the world made me feel truly normal for the first time in a while. I was climbing up those stairs with a gigantic shit-eating grin on my face, enjoying my time there. 80 stories, a nice cooldown streatch, and a shower later and I was out of there. Wow was that fantastic!. Next up, skiing on Thursday
