I’ve been procrastinating going to bed and poking around the internet and found this and think now I know why I wasn’t going to sleep earlier like I should have. I will be praying for you with everything I have tonight.

Hello all you wonderful prayer warriors!

I have my 2 year scan tomorrow and I’m feeling hopeful but nervous - my usual solution is to come on this forum and read the words of wisdom that all over this forum. Hooray for me because tonight I found your thread. I would really appreciate a prayer

Thank you

This is minor surgical procedure by the books today but DH is having his HAI removed today not for positive reasons.

We went through so much to get it, to get that original tumor out ... I hang my head today. I pushed for so much and things got worse doc says he's got a little more than 25% good liver right now, DH made the choice to remove it and make plans to call on SIRT just hope we weren't lied to about being able to still have the option after the pump.

Need prayers for all of it today, the procedure there hope of SIRT, the hope that FOLFIRI will kick ass.

I pray every day for all fighting cancer. When I let my family know my dx I received 5 prayer clothes in the mail from their churches. I wore them pinned on me every day until time for surgery and couldn't take them in with me. As soon as I woke up and got my wits about me that was first thing I asked for, my prayer clothes. I will wear them all the way through this cancer battle. I am going to say my prayers in a few for everyone and hopefully get some good sleep tonight.

beach sunrise -

Thank you for reminding us of the existence of prayer shawls. In the past there have been several members of this forum who have commented on this:

Prayer Shawls on Colon Talk

BTW: There is even a Prayer Shawl Ministry in northwest Ohio!

They are very comforting and helps keep grounded in positivity and power of prayer. My 2 sisters had cystic fibrosis and always had them growing up.
