Well, with the new year, and the end of a decade soon upon us, I thought it would be nice if we all took the time to list all of our comrades who have fallen to this horrible disease in the past year.

I will start us off by listing:

Brady
Pammysue
Klryder
Jeremiah Moore
Paul (hubby of Wamo)
Shawn Felty
Lifes2short

May they all rest in peace.

I hope they're all dancing with angels, and together.

Each and every one of you are missed.

Another to add to the list - not on this board though. Just this morning a good friend's mother Helen Conlon passed away from colon cancer. She was dx'd just 6 weeks ago with stage IV. She seemed healthy up till then. So sad. This disease is a beast.

Here's hoping the list is a lot shorter in 2010.

I'm sorry, beachmom - I had linked StefBiggs' profile in my post, but somehow it didn't show up. I'll put it in again.

So many beautiful people, each one of them gave so much. It is good to remember them and their loved ones.

There are so many, all who have gone way too soon. Maybe there could be some memorial section where the names of all those who are gone could be listed.

I haven't been on this board long. So sorry that so many have lost their battle with this crap. Hope next year will have a shoter list. Would be nice to see a big zero. Bless them all and their families. Paula
