Has your brother been tested for lunch syndrome or Micro satellite instability? If he is MSI-high he could try approved immunotherapy. Avastin could and would be used with chemo.

Highly recommend you send your records to Dr Kemeny at MSKCC to see if you qualify for hai. And I would not wait until after folfox - I'd try to get seen while doing chemo, as there is some planning (and strategy) around when you would do surgery.

If her tumors mets are limited to the liver she would likely qualify. Both the pump and MSKCC more broadly have great results with liver dominated mcrc. It certainly can't hurt to send your records to Sloan and see if Dr Kemeny would evaluate whether an appt makes sense.
