Number delay? I know when one starts chemo, the #'s usually take a cycle or two to start showing improvement. Maybe this is just showing that the Xeloda worked for you? I think it's great news! Kick those buggers back with Folfiri & then maybe you can try Xeloda again for maintenance! Take care ...
