I found exercising to be beneficial during treatment. Since I live close to a state park, I'd drive over and hike for 30-45 minutes about 5 times a week. It's a beautiful park, so it would elevate my mood, and the terrain wasn't to challenging. Good both mentally and physically. Best Regards, peanut
