just to chime in : had a temp ileo for 6 months and proceeded exactly as Gaelen does with her colostomy.

never had any issues once I had the ileo nurses fix me up with the right appliances and got a good fit.

I have my radiotherapy planning session tomorrow. This is followed by an operation to move my ovaries up out of the path of radiation. My chemoradiotherapy starts on 2 February.
