Suprep is the best!! If you have to have a colonoscopy. I've had it twice. It was easy and fast. Highly recommend.

Everyone should wear a mask everywhere whenever they are in a public setting and cannot adhere to social distancing. Period. I do not wear a mask when I go on my three-mile daily walk, but I do not get withing 30 feet of another person.

I drank hot black tea (don't like green) throughout. My go-to drinks were also soups....and when I could not stand the taste of water,,,Pellagrino !!!
