Six years ago today I had my colon cancer surgery.....still NED !!! :lol:

"beetroot" never fails can be pickled or not but better the actual thing rather than juice, it's amazingly good for you too ! I eat some every day - can't live without it :)

Hi :) I am still feeling the after effects of chemo, but my symptoms are more to do with pain in my thighs, some tingling and not able to distinguish between hot and cold also I am unable to walk very far at all without my thigh muscles feeling like I've run a marathon.(not that I ever have :wink: )...
