How big is your two-year-old? My three-year-old is 35+ pounds, and when I need to be doing stuff, I will sometimes strap her on my back in a mei tai or something similar so I can get things done without having to worry about her getting in to things. I don't like to expose littles to lots of technol...

It seems like CEA may not be a good marker for you, anyway. I would not rely on CEA testing to try to catch a recurrence.

CEA can rise for several different reasons, not all of which are cancer.

I would go for surgery.

You could try for a very close watch-and-wait, but that's pretty risky. Colostomies are not that big a deal, after an adjustment period it's just one more part of one's hygiene routine.

I think it is supposed to start within 12 weeks, ideally within 8.

Your CEA may not be a good indicator because it has always been within normal limits.

This is from the prescribing information. It seems to say there is a possibility that neulasta may actually cause further tumor growth!!! Has anyone's doctor warned them of this?
