cancerforums.net has a good, active lymphoma board. There's one guy on there, one of the mods, who lives by you. He is on his third clinical trial and has been in remission all previous times. His Cancer just keeps mutating.

Is she seeing a pain management doctor. Some doctors really suck at providing adequate relief. Low dose fentanyl patches may help as they slowly release the medicine without the euphoric high that comes with most opiates.

Antibiotics are well known to be a great cause of C-Diff. Have you been tested for that. I had it three times during my diagnosis process.
