Thanks. I see... I think. I certainly didn't and don't have constipation, so it must be to make the stools a bit firmer by adding fibre. As my Dr said soon after surgery, 'at least you're getting rid of it now!' Point taken. 10 days until the 2 1/2 year mark. Thanks again Nik Colon. You are a great ...

P.S. I do take two level teaspoons daily of something called Konsyl D. I'm not sure if it makes a difference. I just do what I'm told, usually.
