Re: I need to scream this out loud: "GoLYTELY IS OUT OF MY LIFE!"

With the preps, are they actually categorized based on how the patient presents? For example, the first time colonoscopy, no previous surgery, no resections: the colon is in showroom condition....like a virgin gets (insert name of prep)......through to the person whose colon has been greatly modifie...

Re: Opinions on alternative treatments?

ALL of the members here you mention are those we have lost. They were all in contact with me off forum (PM and email) MANY times since 2008 when I joined. Marc and Vilca especially, shared most of their ordeals with any and ALL medical treatments, privately. As I've only been in this forum since mi...

Re: Opinions on alternative treatments?

I read her post where she was very excited that her liver metasteses were operable, but I don't know how to search through her posts to see her treatments. Obviously they didn't help her, but I'd like know what, exactly, didn't help her. Take the time to read through her posts and form your own con...

Re: Opinions on alternative treatments?

But Care Oncology claims that their protocol is very effective against colon cancer. I've spoken to two of their oncologists (one is Stanford-trained) and two of their nurse practitioners, who always seem to have all the time in the world to discuss things with me. Of course they have giving you &q...

Re: Opinions on alternative treatments?

I'm too new to all of this to even try to comprehend Vilca11's signature: I see that she had stage 1 colon cancer and then metasteses... but you've got stage 4 if you've got metasteses, so I'm confused. "Doubled in size" sounds like a bad thing, and "no acceptable options, going home...

Re: Opinions on alternative treatments?

Just remember Tinafish, that all the weirdos from Britain migrated to America 400 years ago..... I am Dianne's sister, Paula. When she was diagnosed, Dianne was given three months. She lived 8 years and 3 months. I don't know what protocols Dianne followed but she made 1651 posts in this f...

Re: Opinions on alternative treatments?

Thank you so much for that feedback! I'm seeing my oncologist on Monday; I'll definitely be giving her the list of meds. I read that book, "How to Starve Cancer, Without Starving Yourself," and the author discusses combating cancer metabolically. She says that there are different pathways...
