Re: So Scared

I’m sorry your dad got bad news—I can totally relate to the rollercoaster feeling of being a caretaker and being terrified of setback after being on the journey and getting this far and hoping it’s all in the past for someone you love so much. Stay strong for your dad and you can get through this pa...

Re: Stage 4 going to yearly surveillance!

Just wanted to update you that mom got an all clear on her CT today at Mayo...back in 6 months! The one thing that concerned me (just me of course) was her CEA rose from 2.4 to 3 but the onc said that she wasn’t concerned with it because it is still considered normal. To be concerned she would have ...

Re: Stage 4 going to yearly surveillance!

Dave! Awesome news! I was on the lookout for an update from you since you and my mom are on similar schedules! She heads up to Mayo tomorrow for the bloodwork/scan/onc meeting all in one day—praying for happy results like yours! So the scans jump to yearly at the 3 year mark (from surgery I assume)?...

Am I still a little leery of the unknown potential risks of a brand new vaccine? Yes. Am I way more leery of all of the documented horribl...
