You probably fall in the category of medical miracles. I can only recommend that you should do all you can to help your body. Exercise, go on non animal - low fat diet ( follow Dr. Mcdougall ) , drink tons of fresh juices ( Chris beat cancer) , meditate and stay positive and happy.
Stay strong. If positive then something will work out. Young ppl are able to recover from and withstand harsher treatments. As suggested by many, do get urself tested for msi status as well as Lynch syndrome on top priority. Totally different course of treatment based on results.
Stu You are doing great work there. Does anyone know of any advocacy group for approval of Keytruda / Nivolumab for CRC in Canada. Health Canada seems to be sleeping in this regards.
Hi I had peri mets but was considered unfit for HIPEC as mets were there in lungs and liver too. Fortunately, immunotherapy worked for me and it seems peritoneal mets are gone. As per my understanding traditional Chemo doesn't work too well for peri mets as there is not a lot of blood supply in that...
