When you're going frequently as most of do at some point or another....you do NOT want the cheap stuff!!

I dunno about the U.S....but over here you do not get a report without specifically asking for it. And I make sure I always get all of my reports. Why? Because most doctors don't have the time to sit down with you and explain everything line by line. IF you're one of those folks who's OK with that.....

I don't think CEA has anything to do with lymph node involvement. It is a marker for tumour activity.
