Re: Second opinions? Stomach cancer cells?

Thanks for the reply NHMike! The nearest thing in Las Vegas I would assume is the Comprehensive Cancer Center so I'll be looking into that. Not much great help in the west that I've heard of but I will be on the search. I'm assuming records are shared from oncologist to oncologist? Thank you for you...

Re: Mom gained her angel wings

Natalie,
I'm so sorry. I'm turning 19 soon and I can't imagine how hard it is. You're so lucky to have had so many happy memories with your mum. I wish for your success in your career so we can finally beat this cancer.
I'll have your mum in my prayers every single night.

Re: Adenocarcinoma colon cancer hereditary?

I would understand the hereditart factor as my grandfather has colon cancer around his 50s but he over came it and lived on to have lymphoma. My mother was diagnosed at 47 with colon cancer and yes, my aunt was found to have polyps yet the results have not come back. I would say there might be some ...

Re: Awkward Ostomy?

We have not tried the convex one but I will look further into them. She doesn't really like using the paste but if it works alongside a convex and some sealant then maybe it'll hold up.
Thank you beansmama ☺☺

Awkward Ostomy?

Hello all, I've been stalking this forum for a couple of months now since my mother's dx in July of last year and I just have a question on those on here who have had a ostomy. Has anyone had an awkward stoma after surgery? My mother's doesn't protrude like they are supposed to so most bags just fal...
