Absolutely! If you know any previvors, please encourage them to apply. Evelyn Keener (http://colonclub.com/2017-featured-survivors/evelyn-t-keener/) was our first previvor to be featured, and we welcome anyone else that falls into that bucket. Excellent question Jacques.

Perspective from an Oncologist

I have had the pleasure of speaking with Dr. Barzi on a patient/Dr. panel. She is truly one of those doctors that want to know what makes her patients tick because it helps her to deliver better and more personalized care for each patient. Check out her blog post. https://uscnorriscancer.usc.edu/csa...

Re: CRC Veteran Check-In! LAR Syndrome question

Hey Rob,

Have you tried seeing a physical therapist? I wonder if they can help break up some of the scarring. Scarring has caused some pelvic pain for me, but PT has definitely helped. Might be worth it if you can find a pelvic specialist to work with.

P.s., thanks for the well wishes!

Re: Phuong is the new ColonClub President !

Phuong, congratulations on your new position! I know you'll do a great job. I have two questions for you. (1.) In your capacity as Colon Club president, could you do something about fixing up the out-of-date pages on the website? For example, the page on Board of Directors doesn't have several of t...

Re: Phuong is the new ColonClub President !

You guys are the best bunch ever. I practically lived on Colon Talk for years, and this place has taught me so much. It was the first place I went to share my cancer news - to celebrate the good with all of you, and to take a breath with the bad...but always with Belle's (NWgirl) words in my heart: ...

New Book by Our Founder!!!

It's important to know where you come from. The Colon Club was the beginning of my understanding of the importance of advocating for myself and others. Our founder, Molly, has published her book in honor of 20 YEARS after being diagnosed on her 23rd birthday and you can get it now on Amazon! Bonus p...

Re: Infertility and Advocacy

All but one of the 2019 featured survivors and caregivers will be there. Our President, Trish Lannon, and our VP of Operations, Kristina Smith, will also attend. I'm sure there will be others, but I don't have a full list.
