An oncologist typically shouldn't comment as to whether a patient is inoperable or operable given they never do surgeries. Only a qualified hepatobiliary surgeon can determine if one is resectable or not. Even then, some are more experienced than others. My liver surgeon does 100 surgeries per year!...
