Re: Bev G

So sad to hear of Bev G. passing. We shared a ton of PM's and were always on the same page about so many CC issues. RIP Bev :(

Re: Stage 4 to NED- Please tell us

Still here, still NED after rectum, colon, liver, and lung resections. It can be done, and, there are some survivor stories that you won't hear about because we tend to take a break from the ColonTalk and live life to the fullest. We chime in and offer support when we can. Dig in your heels and keep...

Re: Ten years and I missed it!

Congrats!!!

I'm also 10 years this past November. There are some good stories out there, and yes, it is emotionally hard to stay active on this Board during longer periods of NED (I'm 3.5 years NED)....but wow, has it helped me during the rough years!

Keep on keeping on...

Re: Lung mets question

Margie,
I have had several lung mets and never once did they produce symptoms that I noticed. As long as you are scheduled for a scan early Fall, there is no sense worrying about things that are out of your control (easier said than done....I know 8) ).

Best to you

Re: Larry has an eviction date!!!

Good riddance Larry!!!!!!

So happy for you Beans! Praying all goes well. You'll be surprised how quick the liver regrows. Mine was 65 percent removed and was grown back to normal in 4 weeks.

Chickens swinging for ya!

Best,

Re: Message of hope from a wiley crc veteran

Rob, Thanks for checking in! You've done amazingly well & are benefiting from bold treatment decisions. I remember when you had to talk the Pittsburgh crew into letting you a clinical trial to attack your lung mets. That was a gutsy move & it paid off (incredibly). Keep up the good work &am...
