I feel the same way. It feels like it is always lurking over you. I find that I try to keep really busy so that my mind doesn't wander too much. I drive my family crazy and they don't get it. They seem to think I am past it and I should move on. Easier said than done! Life is forever changed for me.

For my colonoscopy I did the suprep and that was not too good. For my colon resection surgery I did ducolax and the miralax prep and it was way better. Just a lot of fluid to be taking in. Good luck with the colonoscopy and prep!!
