I am truly sorry and have no words. I honestly can't imagine your pain and anguish. My prayers are with you . I lost my brother to sepsis and I know the sorrow and feeling of helplessness you must feel. God bless you and may he bring you peace.

Ask for suprep. You will need a script for it. It comes with 2 small bottles that you mix with 12 ounces of what ever you want. Then continue to drink plenty of liquids throughout the day . My Rectal cancer was fairly low as well and I only had a temporary illostomy. Was reconnected without much of a problem. I would check with another surgeon. My tumor was 1.3 cm .

According to my surgeon I see him every 3 months for 2 years with cea blood work and a physical exam. Then every 6 months for years 3-5 with cea and a physical exam. Physical exam every 3 to 6 months along with CEA level checked and yearly Ct scans until 5 years out.
