Mine bounces around, (as you can see in my signature), but I have so far not have not had a recurrence. Hoping all is well for your sister.

Re: New Sigmoid colon cancer diagnosis

Sorry you are here, but welcome! It is so important to take one day at a time. It is overwhelming but you will get the hang of it. Try to stay off google. If I had questions I would have my friend google it so she could sort through all the noise and just give me the answer I was lookin for. So much...

Re: surveillance schedule for stage 3

Hey CR Guy!
Good to be here :D

I will check it out, thanks.

My oncologist says I am “almost done having to see him, (barring any issues between now and January) and I just can’t fathom that. Just curious if that has been the case for anyone else.

Thanks for your reply

surveillance schedule for stage 3

Hello,
For those who are stage 3- what is your surveillance schedule? How often are scans, and when do you stop... 5 years? Curious to hear if this varies doctor to doctor.
And those who are past 5 years, do you have zero oncology visits now?
Thanks for any info,

Re: CEA Uptick From 3.3 to 3.4……..Any Cause For Alarm?

My CEA loves to bounce around. It has since early on. It drives me crazy...however, I just passed four years cancer free.
Check out my signature to see what I mean about the cea changes.

polyp removed- STILL bleeding

Hi All, I had my colonoscopy a couple weeks ago, and a 10 mm sessile polyp was found, so they want me to do yearly colonoscopies. That’s fine. What’s not fine, is that I was having rectal bleeding prior, and the doctor did not note any hemorroids in his notes post colonoscopy. He was very detailed w...
