I just did a prep a few weeks ago with something called pico salex. It was very easy. You mix a small sachet of powder with a glass of water. The taste is not bad at all and it works. Voltaren is a good old fashioned NSAID (like Advil etc.) and the #1 side effect is GIT problems. Newer NSAIDS are supposed to be better BUT everybody's mileage varies A LOT with theses drugs. Advil works great for me but the "newer,improved and safer" Celebrex chews my guts out in 2 treatm...
