If the intent is to limit to patients and their caregivers, then I think this is the best version yet. I share the concerns expressed by Patience at the end too. Dad went from Stage I to Stage IV in a matter of months if I recall correctly. It really sucks. His mets though were to the liver and more easily dealt with than the lung.
