Re: QUIT MY JOB- IS DISABILITY AN OPTION?

I have a friend here in Florida that was Stage IIA and was able to get SSID due to her neuropathy. The job that she had was freezer work that she couldn't handle because of this, her doctor was behind her on it, the downside of it is that they keep coming back every few months for verification that ...

Re: Pictures from Jessie's Memorial and Program

There was nothing that would have kept me away that day, she is trully missed by the cancer support group that we both belong to. I plan to stay in touch with her family and will let everyone know on here how they are doing.

Re: Stage 2

Hi Gracie, I was diagnosed with Stage 2A (pt3NOMX) I completed 11 rounds of FOLFOX 1/17/11. I've had 3 or 4 PET/CT scans with no signs of cancer. My CEA was higher when first diagnosed, not sure of the count, when I finished chemo it was .5 when I went to my Oncologist last Thurs it was less than .0...

Pictures from Jessie's Memorial and Program

http://s1236.photobucket.com/albums/ff444/Gloriah112/ I hope this link works, if it doesn't let me know. I only took pictures after the service was over, wasn't sure how the family would feel, plus my camera battery was dead, how strange. That is very unusual for me I have my camera with me all the...

Colonoscopy Tomorrow

Sorry I've not been on lately, just been busy, still trying to find a job :) I still have to figure out how to get the pictures on here from Jessie's memorial service. I also have my scanner working again so I can scan the program, if everyone is still interested in seeing them. On the good side I g...

Re: Jessie's Memorial Services

I went to Jessica's memorial service today, I felt so blessed to live here and to have been able to attend and meet her family. I don't think there was a dry eye in the church at times. The was not a big group there, but I stood to say a few words or tried too, I found it difficult to speak without c...

Re: Jessie's Memorial Services

Bev from what I understand there will be memorial service program and I will scan it and post it on here. I've already started printing out the threads from here to give to the family. I believe it's Jessica's Aunt that I've been speaking with and I told her I would be printing them for the family. ...

Re: Letter I sent to Ellen + SOME REVISIONS

Hey Bev, I must admit I did not read every word in every post here.... BUT.... knowing you, even with revisions, or without...I believe Jess would have been honored, personally, to know that you cared that much. Yes, the fine tuning and personal privacy is an issue... BUT I named YOU our Den Mother...

Jessie's Memorial Services

Below is the time and place Friday, the 25th at 11 am (EST) Lake Shore Presbyterian Church 2270 Blanding Blvd. Jacksonville, FL 32210 If th...
