Tom,

Good to see you again, although sorry to hear of the roller coaster. There have been so many new immuno combos that have come out in the past year, I am sure there is another non-chemo option out there. Check DK37's curated clinical trials list, also on Maia's signature.

Re: Hope for lifers: Shrinkage on xeloda and avastin

MDK: Hang in there. It is great that you have had shrinkage with xeloda/avastin, as this is considered maintenance chemo. I've read your posts. I've been Stage 4 for 2 years and pretty much do everything normally although admittedly I have those moments of despair. Heck, who am I kidding? Sieges of ...

Hope for lifers: Shrinkage on xeloda and avastin

Hello guys, I don't post very much even though I read almost daily. I am writing to give others who are inoperable some hope. Hey, I saw it by accident, at my mother's place, talking to her in the kitchen where she had a tv with the news on and I saw Tom...I said "I know him!!" And we watched it. I had not been online in a couple of days so did not know when it was supposed to air. So glad I saw it, awesome piece!!
