Good luck with your colonoscopy keekee! It's hard not to get anxious before scans, colonoscopies and appointments. I'm going to get tested for Lynch Syndrome but I have to wait up to 18 months for genetic counseling and testing. I agree with ritz.

I don't want to do lax-a-day because the last time I took it I had an accident. I have vegetable chips with fiber and probiotic yogurt I could try.

When I have accidents it's usually just one episode of loose bowel movement and then just soft stools. I can't use metamucil because it causes too much bloating, cramping and gas. Same with dulcolax.
