Many times it's a reaction to the anti-emetics that they give you. Decadron is a very likely culprit, or any of the drugs in that family like Emend. Also, Atropine can cause issues. So keep track of EVERYTHING that goes into her system, and the time, and then any reactions you notice, with times. Sh...

I don't have a cure beyond general home remedies. Sometimes they give atropine for it which is one of the ingredients in Lomotil.
But I want to encourage you to make sure your onc is aware, or your surgeon, because hiccups are also a sign of something amiss in the liver.

Happens to me all the time and I tell my onc every time. If it's a lot of blood he'll do a CBC. If it's just trace blood, he ignores it. It can be. My cramping is usually associated with diarrhea, but sometimes I just get the cramps. Atropine is a big help. I take Lomotil which is basically Immodium and Atropine. I also get IV Atropine as part of the pre-meds with the chemo.
