Re: Adventures in Immunotherapy - Hopeful beginnings

Best of luck Trevor.
4 Infuisions may be too few to assess.

Be wary of pseudoprogression.

I am sure it will work out for you.

Re: Switching back to Pembro

Month 27 . Infusion every six weeks. CEA under control. Have started some non-vegan foods. Still taking aspirin and continuing with juicing. Outstanding Henry, well done and thanks for the update. Although I’m not MSI-H, your signature was one of the ones that motivated me in the early tough days. ...

Re: My Sister is talking to my bf behind my back

Let go of all the negativities inside you. Forgive everyone including yourself . Seek forgiveness from those whom you may have hurt. Be at peace with all that's happening around you. You are here for greater things than worrying about behaviour of your sister or/ and your bf. None is worth an iota o...

Re: Multiple tiny mets on lungs—-need knowledge.

You probably got it tested but what is your MSI status . if if you are a msi-high then you may be a candidate for immunotherapy.
I had innumerable growths on my liver and a few on lungs but nivolumab worked for me.
I am MSI High.

Re: What can I do about diarrhea-like cramps?

Besides medicine like imodium , fresh aloe vera gel from plant works really well for me some times.
Just fillet a large aloe vera leaf and eat raw gel , not green part.
You can add gel to your green juice too.
Important : do not consume green part as it causes diarrhoea.

Re: The Budwig diet

Hi
I don't remember exact reason but I think I was hospitalized for blockage and never restarted taking taking cheese and flaxseed oil.
I am taking 150 mg aspirin daily as I am Lynch positive. Aspirin is for preventing ( hopefully) future reoccurrence.

Re: The Budwig diet

I tried it for some. Don't remember why I stopped though.
I actually liked taste of it , nice creamy feel.
Add a bit of black salt and cucumbers chunks. See if it helps.

Re: I don't have much longer.

Joe
Best wishes to you. Try and enjoy whatever time you have on this planet. It may be longer than you think. Or maybe not. Leave that decision to higher power with whom we all ultimately remerge.

We are all individual souls with our own scripts so don't worry about future too much.
Hugs and love.

Re: Any Stage IV currently in NEDville? Please share any advice or tips? P

I'm bumping this thread back up to the top. KNOW there are many people out there who are stage IV survivors (many in NEDville). They just do not check in as often. If you do a search, you will find other threads asking the same question. Know that it is possible to beat this cancer and MANY stage I...

Re: Immunotherapy failed

Since you are msi-h , you are a candidate for immunotherapy. But again it works in a certain percentage of MSI High cases only. Normally 3 months period is considered to be good time to know if it is pseudoprogression or medicine is not working but it can take up to 6 months for the correct results ...
