Thank you for this! All of it! I just had a liver resection in a met which was written up to be two small ones (looked like a dumbbell). I really hope those stats are correct and this Is oliometastatic disease.

What gets me through is that I remind myself that I don’t have to go to these appts. I can choose to not go. I go to save my life - to extend it. But I still have a choice. I choose to walk in to get a scan. That I have control over. Hang in there.

I can only hope that one day i will do it. I think it’s rare that stage 4 peeps remove them.

On a different note, has anyone taken milk thistle after resection? And is having some annoying pain there normal? Like soreness? Just worried when there is any bit of pain anywhere...
