My wife's port was blocked for treatment number 12.so she had just one infusion of flofox+ oxy in her arm, and it burnt her vein. She could not sleep on that side for months and even after 7 months it still is dark colour..........

Diane;;;;; you are in my constant prayers... I am sure all the prayers will bring you back to the Nedsville permanently :D I also have a small news to share. I am happy to say that my wife had her 3 months blood work yesterday. and by the grace of GOD, she is still NED. so 14 months out with stage 3...

Thank you all for your insights... Ashlee H, I love what you say and if it was me, i would have asked for another test next month. But this is my crazy wife..lol she turned 27 this month, and she is taking cancer as cold or fever kinda thing... I am sure she would reject the idea of being tested aga...

Thansk. I heard that constant rise is not good. and was not sure about the small increase. Thanks for clearing. The onc was happy that everything is normal and she looks good. I am going to start her on organic food when she arrives in 2 weeks from china.... :D

@ jims wife! The Onc says it's within the normal range, but i am concerned with the constant rise in CEA...

Should we be worried ?

My wife just had her 3 months Blood work today. she is stage 3b, january 2011 surgery to remove tumour ( 7/29 Positive). so 14 months out of surgery. she had her yearly colonscopy and CT scan in December 2011, which was clear and she was NED. Her CEA now reads 1.45, I know it's within the normal ran...

I joined this forum in March 2011 after my wife was diagnosed in january 2011 with CC 3b. First thing in the morning is to check this site. My first post came, i think , around december. :D . i wish i could post more, but i suppose i dont have much to offer, so just keep quiet.................. :mrg...
