Re: decision help, please?

Hi Lee,
Sorry as I would like to help, this is not something I've had to consider though.
I'd also love to ride a unicorn but none have come my way recently, the pink flying pigs keep getting in the way.
Hope others can help.

From clinical practice guidelines for Society of Interventional Radiology- go to appendix E and have a look...

Re: Sleep and the importance of it...

Sounds like your Mum is in such pain, it might be an idea to discuss an appointment to get her pain med.s reviewed. It can take time to get the right ones. I'm with teachpdx on a third party to discuss it with. Your Mum sounds like a strong minded independent person, who has brought you up to be the...

Re: G I doc thinks

That news sounds bewildering. Is it worth getting a geneticist to review the history? They would be able to review family links.

If he wants to know then it would be worth him asking his doctor. It varies so much I wouldn't like to guess.

Hope you both get good news.

Re: Oxi without a port

Hi, I did the same, alternated arms each time, and kept knitting (between treatments) to keep my fingers moving. I opted for it to reduce the risk of infection. By the last session the nurses were playing hunt the vein, however I was happy for them to give it a couple if tries finding good veins. Ag...

Re: A post treatment question for women

Hi LB, You'll see from my signature that my troubles were of a different but related sort. I had instant menopause with my surgery. The Gyn doc was a gem, and prescribed HRT, yes it carries a risk of breast Ca, but it reduces risk of colon ca recurrence, as well as helping my brain fog and stopping ...

Hi,

Hope all goes well on scan day.

Re: It's always something.

Dear Mr T, This Totally sucks. So options it could be: (1) The numbers are wrong (2) you've got IBS or diverticulitis (3) it's an early warning sign and it gives you time to hunt down the little xxxx wherever it is hiding, and get ready to attack Hope it's number 1.... Sounds like you need to phone ...
