Cancer is a life changing event. I dont think I will ever feel the same either. I am more tired, dont sleep well, numb feet, numb finger tips, etc. BUT I also am here to watch my youngest graduate this May from High School. I have only had one and that was a month after chemo ended. I have had maybe three CT scans all together. The PET is a lot harder but also shows up things differently. For me I dont think the PET is necessary unless they see something on my CT scans.

This is almost exactly how mine was. Appendix almost ruptured at about 41, cancer at the same place, at 52.
