Cancer is a life changing event. I dont think I will ever feel the same either. I am more tired, dont sleep well, numb feet, numb finger tips, etc. BUT I also am here to watch my youngest graduate this May from High School. See the birth of our 10 grandchild, watch the flowers bloom, pray my thanks ...

My scar runs up and down also. And I never had any trouble with them finding it.

I have only had one and that was a month after chemo ended. I have had maybe three CT scans all together. The PET is a lot harder but also shows up things differently. For me I dont think the PET is necessary unless they see something on my CT scans.

Actually I would like to change. I had a wonderful woman Onc in the beginning who I loved. She took the time to explain things, and was the aggressive type. I had to change to this one because she quit practice and went to being a traveling doctor. This one just seems to take the blood tests and let...

This is almost exactly how mine was. Appendix almost ruptured at about 41, cancer at the same place, at 52.
