Re: A DK37 CURATED MSS-CRC CLINICAL TRIAL FINDER!

ALSO - this is a true grass-roots effort run by 3 simple activists... (me, Maia from CT and Jana Downing, a Stage IV MSS-CRC patient/activist not on CT). I KNOW we have/will miss the occasional trial that meets the curation parameters I have chosen to use [ 1.) Immunotherapy trial that allows MSS-CR...

Re: 28 Nov_FDA grants "priority review" for Keytruda (pembro) for MSI-H CRC

I've posted many places over the past 1 1/2 years, I thought a PD1 inhibitor would be FDA-approved for MSI-high CRC by the end of 2016.

In a nailbiter, cutting it close...let's see how close those long range predictions were... certainly 100% chance of approval, just a matter of timing now!

Re: DK37 Blog - The Times They are a Changin'

https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT02650713 Hi I moved onto Phase 1 trials a couple of months ago. I and my oncologist liked the science behind this one (above). It's a combination of bispecific antibody plus pd-l1 inhibitor. Previously I did 8 months on the (Phase 2/3) braf/MEK/egfr triplet wh...

Thanks everyone who tried to tune in - still waiting to hear from NBC an updated broadcast plan... 9.3 Million (average) viewers - that is a lot of eyeballs looking at a guy with early on-set/young age MSS-CRC talking about CRC clinical trials!
