My husband and I have a small natos watch strap business and we had a Blue CRC strap to made. We are looking to donate 30% of our sales to a place benefiting patients. Since ...

Re: Hyperberic Oxygen for radiation damage?

Hi Sophy
No I go to a local alternative clinic in Colorado Springs and get oxygen therapy. I would love to purchase one on my own but they are very expensive and not sure I even have the space for one. I paI'd $600 for 10 one hour sessions.

Re: Gratitude Thread

As odd as this may sound I am grateful for my cancer journey. Before DX my life was a mess, I struggled with suicide , worry, stress and depression. It has brought me closer to my Heavenly Father and my family. God has given me immense peace through this, taken away all my worry and feats and this h...

Re: Hyperberic Oxygen for radiation damage?

Hi Sophy, I use HBOT but not for radiation damage. When I finished chemo my oncologist said I could do any treatment I wanted so I explored HBOT as a way to conquer fatigue, and I had read that cancer cells can't live in an oxygenated environment. The treatment is eas but you may feel like you are g...

Re: Random dull side pain

Thanks for the great post mgraham. It never hurts enough to warrant using pain relievers. My oncologist knows about it and has said it is not worrisome, since my labs and scans have all looked great since my LAR in February I do not typically worry too much about my scan results, since I know I am s...

Re: Random dull side pain

Hi Appletree,

I get blood work every 3 months when I get my scan and my liver enzymes are all within normal range except one, the alk.phos. which has consistently been about 75-100 points higher than normal range.

You said yours was really high can I ask how high ?

Re: Random dull side pain

Thank you both for the replies. The pain is really dull and was there prior to my first post surgery CT scan so my oncologist is not worried since the scans have come back clear. I am not too worried about but kept thinking I would see if anyone else had it. Sometimes it is good to know I'm not the ...

Re: Alkaline diet and body's pH level.

I eat alot of greens, I juice and I also drink wheatgrass. I can't say for sure if it has helped with tumor shrinkage. But I definitely have more energy when I eat this way and it has gotten me through my chemo treatment. I had a clean scan in April, and will continue to eat this way cause it makes ...
