Foundation One Testing, How Long?

From the time the lab receives the biopsy tissue until the results are released to the patient, how long would it take?

Is there a similar trial that uses Ketruda in place of opdivo?

Foundation One Test in SF Bay Area

Where do we go for the Foundation One Testing in San Francisco Bay Area? Or do we have to travel out of state to get tested?

Ask For Foundation One Test, and Keytruda?

For those of you that are on Keytruda (pembrolizumab), and met the mutation burden threshold after taking the Foundation One Test, are you technically on a "clincal trial" while being treated with Keytruda? My mother is currently on Stivarga, which seems to be keeping most of the mets unde...

Re: Keytruda....Working for MSS....Mutation Burden is the Key

Anyone know if the number of mutations increases after going through several different drugs? My mom had one mutation (KRAF?) back in 2015 when a biopsy was done.

Re: Does lung mets cause coughing?

Hi Natalie, What does the most recent blood work show (specifically white blood cell count and neutrophil count)? Chemo does cause them to drop, which makes the patient more susceptible to infections. If neutrophil is too low, your onc probably give your mom neupogen or neulasta shots. Good luck! Me...

Re: High blood pressure

Hi Natalie, Could you put your mother's concise medical history in the signature, so that forum members know at a quick glance what treatment you mother had and could offer relevant advice based on that information? If you don't know what to include in ( and exclude from) the medical history, take a...
