Re: post reversal problems

Check out the daily tap water enema threads. This routine has changed my life- I eat whatever I want and have no bathroom issues at all. Happy to provide more info.

Re: Enema experts

That is wonderful that you are a convert-- changed my life (thanks, Tammylane!) and I wish I had started sooner. One recommendation I have is to get a transparent silicon bag (available on Amazon) as you can easily see if the bag is clean and whether there is any mold developing. They cost more than...

Re: Lost a Chemo Buddy

It does seem like a crazy dream, doesn't it? Friends materialize and disappear like some awful nightmare where you are trying to get home but can't quite.

Re: HAI pump treatments for out of town folks...need input from other Kemeny kids

I live across the state (in Rochester). I had my systemic chemo done at my home hospital with my local oncologist and just went to NYC for scans and HAI pump fill. Worked great.

Re: Dr Kemeny and HAI pump...APPROVED

I have a silly question. Maybe a ridiculous and scary question, from someone with liver and lung mets who has had two resections and watching two more lung spots. I have had read about the HAI pump and Dr K but never considered myself a candidate as I was told I was operable and had liver resected....

Re: Dr Kemeny and HAI pump...APPROVED

Great for you that you are working with Dr. Kemeny. I think it was Julie J. that said that she let's them do the worrying for her. I found that to be so true-- I put myself in her hands, knowing I have a doctor whose judgement I can trust. I wish you the best with your treatment!

Re: Reversal Log: Experience,Problems, Q & A's

Thanks Does the enema pretty much get you to once a day? How much water are you using? Thanks again. Jim Hi Jim, Once again, sorry for the delayed reply. Yes, I am virtually always once a day. I have had the rare weird day where I have to go once or twice urgently during the day but I think that wa...

Re: Celebrating Seven Years

Yee ha, Eric! That's a mighty fine anniversary- and the perfect way to mark it! You really know how to kick-off chemo as well as set the bar high for the rest of us. Wishing you at least 50 more anniversaries and continued vigor. That flying camera drone fascinates me-- I am starting to think what c...
