My wife is also stage 3B, with 4/29 nodes Positive. Path report says'' NO LYMPHOVASCULAR INVASION''. So stage 3b does not mean automatic lvascular invasion....I think!!

My wife used to have severe headache that continued for one or two days. we used to do head massage for her and that relieved her pain. so yeh, it's not unusual to have severe headache...
