Re: OT- My dog Harlee has passed away

Oh Lee,
I’m so sorry to hear that you have lost your dog Harlee!
Dogs (pets) become family members and our dog became such an important support when my husband got sick,
I do understand that you will miss your Harley
Kind regards /LPL

Hi StDrogo, Just want to say that I am impressed by your knowledge and your way of thinking. And I hope that how you are reasoning regarding your wifes testresult will be correct. Hoping that it will turn out ’nothing bad’. Please come back and talk here when you want. Not many here report Ca 19-9 b...

Totally understand the ”Waiting sucks”, your mind goes everywhere and it is not until you have a treatment-plan going...

Re: New cancer diagnosis. Ugh!!

Well today we got encouraging news... Surgeon said CEA was normal and CT scan showed no metastasis. This was the best we could hope for going into surgery. Of course biopsy taken at surgery will tell us more definitively. One week more to wait for surgery. ”CT scan showed no metastasis” That is goo...

Re: A Low Carbohydrate, High Protein Diet Slows Tumor Growth and Prevents Cancer Initiation

behconsult, I agree with you.
It also depends on how much you can exercise. Now after chemo ended, a year ago, hubby is walking 1 1/2 hour each day. He can eat more carbohydrates now without it elevating his blood sugar. (He is diabetic type 2). Actually his Hba1c has not been this good for years!
