Anyone got any advice to curb flatulence?

Had a few episodes recently and cant put it down to anything specific

I was stage A back in 2013 and didn’t have any mop chemo after my resection. Year 1 scan was clear, year 2 scan had three suspect nodules on my lung.

Two lung surgeries in 2016 and mop up chemo followed. I’m scanned every six months

I had 3 nodules identified on my lungs at my 2 year scan. I left it 3 months and then was told by my thoracic surgeon that he would operate, that was back in, Feb and March. Was that a personal choice or advised? I only ask as I'm just undergoing chemo following lung met surgery.

My surgeon didn't think I should have chemo and my onc said I should.
