She is doing chemo now, just finished 6 of 12 cycles, last CT result looks promising, but no detailed info for small turmors like lymph...

CEA question

I am new here and I am caregiver. One question is about CEA, it was very high when the cancer was found, nearly 7000, after 4 cycles with folfox, it drops to 2000, what exactly means? usually how many cycles can one see if the chemotheray is working?
