Avoid vegetables no matter what it is raw or cooked, I had my reversal 4 month ago and the only things that caused me a butt burn is eating vegeis, I always eat KFC chicken and no problem lol.

p.s I have j-pouch, rectum and colon completely removed.

I would like to give an update about me, im living my life perfectly fine, yea i would say i go to the bathroom a lot, but it's quite manageable over time.

Thank you everyone for your advised and it was true to give it some times and things get better.

Thank you everyone for their responded, I am really depressed my life is basically living in the bathroom, my stool never get informed, it's like sometimes watery and sometimes small pieces which is really hurt me a lot i don't follow any diet i just ate normal breakfast and dinner meal couple snake...

Reversal

I had my ileostomy reversal the past week, I am little concern, don't know it never felt like I never empty my bowel, it's like a TUMOR inside me . please give me some suggestions to compel with this a new life :( im missing my bag. btw I had both rectum and colon have been removed.

im back home after I have spent couple days on the hospitals due to a dehydration. I got my appetite and able to drink the much I want . My only concern now due I have to follow a low residue diet or I can eat whatever I want and go to normal life.!

Thanx for the replies, I went to the hospitals again, my surgeon believes that I have dehydration, no blockage since the stoma is working!
I am now on IV fluids I don't know for how long it's gonna be And still no sense for food.
