Hello my fellow colon buds new scan shows old stable lung nodule has grown from 5 by 4 mm to 10 by 7 mm so probly a met an debating on treatment plan I did have another small met resected a year ago an been Ned but now this one is here to deal with my thinking is try Cyberknife an not do robot surge...

Good news on lung met

Still healing from single lung met removed using robot an was informed today I’m now clean with no lymph nodes bein positive so no chemo needed a great day

Mine is being done by robot procedure hopfully lives up to its reputation Mine was VATs, it was so easy compared to liver resection. Am now debating whether to go with adjuvant chemo again. I was all ok if I needed to do chemo, but when the topic of "better save chemo option as much as possibl...

Glad to hear your doing well I am having .9 mm nodule respected from upper left lung in 2 weeks am hoping for good results an not doing chemo again been 3 years Ned but thanks to those scans we take picked this little guy up early f cancer

Yes I am facing same decision I have a .9 cm solitary module left upper lobe an should I have it excused doing a segmentectomy or see if it can be treated with cyber knife I have been Ned for 3 years oh wat to do appreciate any an all thoughts thanks

Hi , I am sorry to hear that . My mum had one removed about 8mm . She had one small incisions under her arm around two inches . She was in theatre for one hour and one hour in recovery to ensure her lung was fully inflated . She was walking around the next day and home the following day . Compared ...

I am sorry to hear this news. Hopefully the lung nodule can be treated and you will be NED once again. I too was diagnosed in 2015, with stage 2a rectal cancer. One year after finishing treatment a 4mm nodule was noted in my 2017 ct scan. I have had 3 subsequent scans and so far no changes in a yea...
