Ieowi, I lately learnt that the mutation your dad and I hold FBXW7 is highly immunogenic. He is also MSI low. Considering all this I think there is a good chance he might respond to immunotherapy meds. I am trying now to find off label pembrolizumab, although as I know he will not reopend only msi-...

I visited a doctor in my country in hope of getting drugs off-label. He didn't even know what is msi :x .
Unfortunately Not all doctors know what they should be knowing !!!

we just left Memorial sloan, after they recommended radiation+pembrolizumab we decided to fly and visit them, apparently the procedure is not very effective "in there words" and my father have multiple tumors, you should only have one tumor to do this trial,, makes me wonder why recommendi...

These last 12 months have been so hard on my Dad and my Mom, my entire family. My Dad has reached the end of his journey, he will begin hospice care this week. Ieowi, You mention you still have one option at MSKCC. Can you share what that option is? Radiation , embolization with pembrolizumab. They said msi status doesn't matter. When I asked why you think it would work ? They said the destruction of the tumor using rd or embo. May trigger immune system t...
