Re: Stage 4 Survivors - Can you update us on your progress

Bravo ! My experiance is to be agressive. Be your biggest advocate. When one doctor says there is no hope or my favorite... You have six months. Tell him you dont have an expiration date and fire him or her! Live it up when you feel good. Do something you didnt do when you didnt have cancer...someth...

Re: HIPEC while NED

Ok i had this surgery and all who said it's huge and harsh are correct. I am not sure I would do it unless there were visable mets. I am happy to say I am 21 months clean from that surgery 8 clean scans! So remission which is, from what most docs say, pretty amazing. Please know that this surgery is...

Re: question about herbs/nutritional supplement's

Hi! Recently I decided to make the change to the Cancer Treatment Center of America. First I was very hesitant because all that they offered seemed to good to be true! It ended up being the best decision that I have made. First let me say that the whole team approach to healing that they have is jus...

I was watching for you! It will happen! No worries. Its awesome that they want to get the word out about 50 not being a realistic age! Too many of us are under age 50.

Hi! Ok so just putting out the results the way I got them. Not sure what to think about the dead colon. Basically he said I would be really really sick. Ureter Pain for months

Test show that I have an ecoli (sp?) infection but all the rounds of antibiotics do nothing. I am also on a 6 months round o...

Re: New to Forum! HIPEC procedure concerns. Please help!!!!

Hi! I have posted many, many times about HIEPC with Dr. Martin Goodman at Tufts in Boston. I had actually gotten denied by BC/BS the day of my surgery. I was determined to do it anyway as from what I read it was my only hope. My medical oncologist had also told me not to do it. Not sure I would still...

Re: HIPEC-who has had and willing to talk about it

Hi! I had several m and m size tumors and when they went in they removed many small seeds (small tumors scatterd) I also had them in my omentum. They cyberknife surgery was to remove the pertitoneal mets. I should also say that those mets took three scans to pick up and never showed up on a pet at a...
