Re: Good News Update

After 25 years in AA, I decided to smoke pot. Worked great. Killed the nausea and gave me an appetite. No more after October, chemo done. No cravings. Needs to be legal. It is expensive but much more powerful than before.

Re: Abdominal wall mets stage IV

This is my fear, as my tumor was outside the colon. Surgeon got all he could, but it was stuck to the wall and that part was still alive on pathology.

I've completed 5 rounds of Xeloda and Oxaliplatin and it hasn't been terrible, but it seems different for everyone. It kicks cancer BUTT, though. :D

O/T? Room Temp. smoothie

I bought a NutriBullet a couple weeks ago and love it, use it daily. Tomorrow Oxaliplatin awaits. I've been using frozen fruit, anyone know how to fix something I can tolerate with the cold sensitivity?

Re: Xeloda side effects

I'd ask my onc's nurses. I didn't have any watery eyes, etc. from Xeloda.

Looks like you may be going doen a similar path I've had this time. It's not been too terrible.
